For a musical evening in the Stockholm Concert Hall, 51-year-old Maxima chose a stunning and very original outfit.
The dress, most likely from the famous avant-garde designer Iris van Herpen from the Netherlands, who creates her outfits on a 3D printer, was complemented by Maxima with blue velvet sandals with very high heels and a luxurious emerald set.
Iris outfits are very much loved by movie stars , but the royals have not yet appeared in them.
Earrings and a necklace with a huge cabochon are her favorites. This is a family heirloom that has been in the possession of the Dutch Royal Family since 1899.
King Carl XVI Gustaf said that it was a great honor for him to receive the king and queen Netherlands. He noted that their countries are very similar and they are going to strengthen ties in the field of defense and security.
The King of the Netherlands during the flight to Sweden even sat at the helm of the aircraft. And for the first day, Queen Maxima chose a charming beige outfit and a pillbox hat.
