The Bentley was quite actively used until the end of the 60s, but then it was laid up due to broken suspension pivots. Until about 1971, they tried to repair the car, but to no avail. After that, the car did not pass the inspection and was abandoned.

Now the Bentley is up for auction. Since it requires a long and expensive restoration, it was estimated at 50-70 thousand pounds sterling ($56,000 – 78,000). These Bentleys typically cost over $200,000.
