“Reports…”: Giovanni Castaldi returns to his love story with his ex, Sophie Tapie

A short while ago, Giovanni Castaldiannounced his marriage to his partner Charlotte Rascol. While the son of Jean-Pierre Castaldi and Corinne Champeval is very discreet about his private life, the latter has had some significant romances. Before his love affair with Carine Galli, the 34-year-old also shared a part of his life with Sophie Tapie, the daughter of Bernard and Dominique Tapie.

A relationship of a few months that he discussed this Thursday, January 9, on the set of Chez Jordan, on C8. “I was very young, I was eighteen”, he remembers, before recalling the length of their relationship. “I don't remember, seven or eight months, something like that. Maybe a year, I don't remember”, he explains.

He adds: “Çit was one of my first serious stories. With Bernard, çit went very well. We had a common passion for football”. Whether it was Dominique, Laurent or even Stéphane, the Tapie family “has always been very kind“ with him. At least that's what he says to him. Jordan De Luxe.

Curious, the presenter asks him the reason for their breakup. “Because we were young. Life made that…”, he explains, admitting that he was also “unbearable”. “I think you even went to the funeral of Bernard Tapie“, slipped Jordan Deluxe.

“Yes, of course”, confirmed the sports journalist. “Sophie had kindly invited me because she knew that I had a lot of admiration and I got along very well with Bernard. Even with Dominique, we had had great times”, he declared.
