We invite you to prepare an amazingly appetizing and no less delicious salad for the New Year's table, which will delight households and guests, according to the recipe from the popular culinary blog SUPER KELINCHAK.
- Chicken meat (fillet or meat from the thigh) – 300 gr;
- Boiled potatoes – 2 pcs;
- Boiled eggs – 4 pcs;
- Cheese – 100 gr;
- Pickled cucumbers – 3-4 pcs;
- Beets – 200 gr;
- Mayonnaise – 100 gr.

Method of preparation.
Line the bottom and sides of the form where the salad will be made with cling film. Put the grated cheese on a coarse grater in the first layer, smooth it over the entire bottom and cover with mayonnaise mesh on top. Next, lay out the grated egg yolks, which are also covered with a mayonnaise net and smear the sauce over the entire surface.
The next layer is boiled carrots, grated on a coarse grater. Like egg yolks, it must be covered with a mayonnaise net. and then smear it evenly over the entire layer.
Next, the turn of finely chopped cucumbers. Like carrots, they need to be leveled and greased with mayonnaise.
Then put the chicken meat in the form, smearing it with mayonnaise, on top – grated boiled potatoes on a coarse grater. Mayonnaise does not need to be smeared. Cover the salad with cling film in contact and send it to the refrigerator for a while.
The last step is the design of the salad. Put parchment paper crosswise on the top layer and put boiled beets grated on a fine grater on free squares, decorate the sides free from paper with it. After that, remove the paper and cover the remaining space with grated protein. Salad can also be garnished with herbs or vegetable pieces.
