Un ancien bâtiment a été démoli et va laisser place à ce nouveau programme, où les prix sont en rapport avec l'attractivité d'un quartier très prisé, notamment des nouveaux arrivants.

A new luxury residence, called Cap Riviera, will be delivered at the end of 2026 in rue Paul-Isoir, in Grau d’Agde, just opposite the seafront bowling alley. This is where the Catalan group Kavak will build fourteen apartments at prices, as you can imagine, in line with the attractiveness of the area.

Thus, on the developer’s website, we can see that the largest surfaces, a 118 m² T4 and a 156 m² T5 with a 90 m² terrace, are already reserved and will go for around a million euros, as was the case for a neighboring building a few years ago! Expect to pay €300,000 for a two-room apartment with a sea view, €650,000 for a three-room apartment with a 47 m² terrace, which looks directly onto the Mediterranean. Obviously untouchable prices for the vast majority of Agathois.

I subscribe to read the rest
