Russia bans Biden relatives from entering

“In response to the constantly imposed by the Joe Biden administration, all new personal sanctions are not only against Russian officials, representatives of business circles, cultural figures, but also those who for one reason or another, are objectionable to Washington, on the basis of reciprocity, a ban on entry into the Russian Federation is introduced in relation to 200 US citizens,” the message says.
In particular, Russia included a sister and two brothers of American leader Joe Biden – Valerie Biden Owens, James Biden, Francis Biden, as well as White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.
Also on the list were US government officials and legislators, as well as their close relatives, heads of companies and enterprises of the military-industrial complex, experts and lobbyists.
Moscow claims that all these people are “involved in promoting a Russophobic campaign and supporting the regime in Kyiv.”
There are 1073 Americans on the Russian stop list.
Earlier, Russia included offshore zones in the list of “unfriendly countries”. It included 11 overseas territories of Great Britain, which was previously supported by sanctions against the aggressor country.
