After the invasion of Russian troops in Ukraine, the ensuing sanctions and the departure of most European brands, many products were not available on the Russian market. The consumer has lost the opportunity to purchase Western goods directly in the store, therefore, according to journalists, the inhabitants of the Russian Federation are forced to be content with products imported from neighboring countries by enterprising compatriots. Turkey is the main of these “importers” for the Russian Federation.

According to the Turkish press, Russians buy mainly goods from Western clothing brands that have left Russia, such as Zara, Bershka, Uniqlo, Dior, etc. In the Russian Federation, everyone it can be sold with a 30% markup.
