In Tatarsk, Novosibirsk region, a local official ran over a child with his car and left the boy on the road. The child survived, the culprit of the accident was 67-year-old Sergey Mamontov. He is the director of the Tatar DRSU – a branch for the construction, repair and maintenance of roads and structures “Novosibirskavtodor”, as well as a member of the United Russia party. Then a man gets out of the car, approaches the hit child, checks if he is alive, gets into the car and drives away.
The hit child is six years old. He is now in intensive care with a broken hip and a head injury.
“He got up later and went home. At first I thought that he had hit, well, it happens – small. Well, then he says: “I hit a white car,” said the mother of the child.
