SCH: With JVLIVS II, it confirms and unveils an opus as strong as the first … Our review

SCH released their album “JVLIVS 2”, we listened to it and here is what we thought.

Recently we shared with you five tracks to remember on the album Wave to the Soul of Hatik and we will now talk aboutone of the most anticipated projects of 2021: JVLIVS II and here is our review. The album starts on the intro “Gilbratar” which sets the scene and gives us the atmosphere of JVLIVS II , with this voice that we have already heard on “Black market”. This is also the second track, then we discover “Furnace” or SCH confides in his life with a sung chorus. We go on in the same universe with “Aluminium”. It is the turn of the famous feat with Freeze Corleone “Team” and the song lives up to our expectations ! He’s a banger! The production, the chorus, the writing, the two verses … Nothing to say, it’s a 0 fault.

This is one of our favorite tracks! We continue with “Big bath”, as effective as the others. We change the musical atmosphere a bit with “Crack” where we find SCH on an instrument where we did not expect it! But the challenge of the synthesizer is successful! Make way for the interlude … we leave with “Danger zone” a very melancholy piece in which the S confides in his life, his frequentations, his childhood … Then plays “Euro” and “Assoces” , two titles that we particularly appreciate for the pen of the rapper but also for the instruments. The rapper tells us about his love life in “Parano” and “Running”.

Make way for the interlude then we leave with “Reasons” where we find a melancholy SCH who confides in his past life and addresses his mother in the chorus. Little interlude and we leave with “Nothing more to say to each other” another of our favorite songs in which SCH tells us about a breakup. Then it’s the turn of the rhythmic feat with Jul “Mode Akimbo”. The connection between the two Marseillais is undeniable! We return to melancholy with “Mafia” and “Black Wolf” another of our favorite songs that SCH performed in COLORS. At melty we loved this album and we find it as strong as volume 1! In short, we really advise you to go and listen to it.
