The Chechen head fell into the category of persons hiding from the investigation. He is suspected of encroaching on the territorial integrity of Ukraine and waging an aggressive war.
The Security Service of Ukraine put the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, on the wanted list. His map is available in the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The Chechen head fell into the category of persons who are hiding from the pre-trial investigation authorities. The date of Kadyrov's disappearance is indicated on September 12 of this year.
Note that on that day, Kadyrov announced that 10,000 Chechen fighters were sent to Ukraine for the war in the Kherson region, Zaporozhye and the “DNR”.
Ramzan Kadyrov was charged under Article 110 Part 3 and Article 437 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, as well as waging an aggressive war.
According to these articles, the head of Chechnya faces from 10 years to life imprisonment. No measure of restraint has been applied to Kadyrov yet, it follows from the filing cabinet.
Ramzan Kadyrov also proposed to respond as aggressively as possible to the shelling of Russian territory, in particular, to wipe Ukrainian cities off the face of the earth.
