A Mexican influencer died following cosmetic surgery on January 6, 2025. The young mother was undergoing a “Mommy makeover”, a series of procedures aimed at erasing traces of her recent pregnancy from her body.

The wing of the hospital where the intervention took place was closed at the request of the State Commission for protection against health risks while the investigation is being carried out.
