The singer Corneliu accused of drugging two ex-partners

Corneliu Munteanu was arrested last November, his appearance is scheduled for Wednesday, at the Montreal courthouse.

Singer Corneliu Munteanu is accused of drugging two ex-partners without their knowledge in 2013 and 2016 in Montreal.

The 39-year-old artist, who made a name for himself in the second edition of Star Académie in 2004, is accused of having administered “a poison, a destructive substance, a deleterious substance intended to afflict or torment” the victim.

Corneliu Munteanu was arrested last November; his appearance is scheduled for Wednesday.
