Scientists believe that about 17% of people worldwide don’t get enough zinc. This mineral is, however, very important, in particular, with the help of the body formed more than 300 different enzymes.

Mineral helps preserve collagen in the skin and connective tissues, regulates the production of androgens, which in many cases are the cause of acne and other skin problems, it is involved in the synthesis of leukocytes, thyroid hormones, helps the body regulate the stress response.
Symptoms of zinc deficiency can be diverse, among them we can name:
