Square Enix Montreal developer becomes Onoma
Le studio de mobile game development Square Enix Montreal has unveiled its new brand identity.
After being bought by the Swedish group Embracer last May, the video game development studio for mobile devices Square Enix Montreal is changing its name and is now called Studio Onoma.
The brand also presents a new visual identity.

The word Onoma, which means name in ancient Greek, represents the studio's way of bringing stories and adventures to life.
On its website, the studio indicates that the process of developing its new identity spanned five months.
Founded in 2011, Square Enix Montreal is among others the studio behind Lara Croft Go and Hitman Sniper games.
Three games have been announced by the studio and are currently in development: Space Invaders, which will include augmented reality features, Avatar Generations< /em> and Tomb Raider Reloaded.
