The France travail agencies in Nîmes and the CIDFF Gard are joining forces to promote professional equality.

This Tuesday, January 28, Béatrice Bertrand of the CIDFF and Valérie Issert, departmental director of France travail, signed an agreement committing their respective structures to work together to promote professional equality between women and men, diversity in professions and combat violence against women.

Proposing personalized solutions

This agreement, an operational roadmap, aims to strengthen and develop joint actions by offering personalized solutions adapted to the needs of job seekers and thus facilitate their return to work. By implementing this partnership and in line with the roadmap signed on March 8, 2024 with the State, the two stakeholders are combining their expertise and acting to remove the socio-professional barriers for women in the greatest difficulty. The aim is to offer them more opportunities to access employment, particularly in sectors that are recruiting.
