The dispute between Ewa Krawczyk and Krzysztof Junior is still ongoing. Will the artist's widow lose her home. Marian Lichtman has no doubts about it
The dispute over Krzysztof Krawczyk's estate is still ongoing.
As the “Pomponik” portal reminds, there has been a dispute between Ewa Krawczyk and Krzysztof Krawczyk's only son for months. The subject of the dispute is the property that remained after the singer. The artist's widow indicates that the only thing Krzysztof Junior can count on is a legitim. According to Krzysztof Junior, he deserves half of the estate, because that's what his father had promised him during his lifetime. The case is pending before the court. Who has a chance to win?
Ewa Krawczyk has a huge fortune
Krzysztof Krawczyk did not hide that for a long time he spent everything he earned, even when it was not small amounts. As he himself admitted, it was his wife Ewa who taught him how to save.
“I put something aside for a rainy day thanks to my wife Ewunia, who at the right moment tamed the wastrel in me” – said the singer years ago in an interview for “Twoje Imperium”.
< p>It is not known exactly how much Krzysztof Krawczyk managed to save. It is no secret that the artist has acquired a 150-meter estate located near Łódź. The house has its own swimming pool, and its value is estimated at even PLN 1.5 million. It is here that all the memorabilia left by the artist are located. It is estimated that the artist's fortune may even reach PLN 3 million.
Several trials are behind us
By virtue of the will, all the property of the late Krzysztof Krawczyk went to his widow. The only son of the singer was left with nothing. Krzysztof Krawczyk Junior decided to fight for property in court. He sued his stepmother. Behind us are several hearings in which the opposing parties and their witnesses testified.
Marian Lichtman, who is on the side of Krzysztof Junior, in an interview with “Super Express” indicated that there is no sentence yet. Lichtman claims that Krzysztof Krawczyk in the circle of friends always said that half of the estate was to go to his wife and half to his only son.
< p>“Ewa doesn't want to share anything at all. He didn't even get his father's socks” – added Lichtman, pointing out that Junior is fighting for what he deserves. With the money from the inheritance, he would like to buy a flat so that he no longer has to worry about having a roof over his head. He is not going to fight for the house where the Krawczyks lived.
