In Russia, content about childfree and radical feminism may be banned. The Federation Council, together with Roskomnadzor, is developing a new bill that will expand the list of illegal content. As Senator Margarita Pavlova noted, new information appears on the network that poses a threat, but is not yet prohibited.
The network romanticizes terrorists, criminals, maniacs, murderers. Under the guise of women's rights, the murders of unborn children are imposed and promoted, including at long gestational ages. Under the guise of protecting the violated rights of women, traditional family values and the role of women in the family are denigrated — it's called radical feminism. Under the guise of freedom of choice, the refusal to create a family and have children is promoted — so-called childfree. Under the guise of freedom and tolerance, unhealthy sexual relations and perverted forms of cohabitation are promoted, — Margarita Pavlova told RIA Novosti.

Pavlova added that attention should be paid to the policy of domestic social networks, which do not always allow blocking such content even after complaints.
Earlier, the Ministry of Culture has developed a draft decree approving the “Fundamentals of State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values.” It spells out what is traditional values for Russians, and what — alien and destructive ideas. The project faced harsh criticism and was sent back for revision.
