Le président de la Fédération française du bâtiment du Gard Pierre Martin déplore l’impossibilité pour l’État de s’engager pour le paiement des aides de MaPrimRénov'.

The consequences of the motion of censure are of particular concern to the French Building Federation of Gard, especially since the Minister of Housing Valérie Létard announced that it would be impossible for the State to commit to paying the MaPrimeRénov' aid since January 1, 2025, due to the lack of a finance law.

Finance law to be voted on

The president of the FFB of Gard Pierre Martin indicates that it must be voted on urgently: “The sustainability of tens of thousands of businesses is at stake, and therefore the employment of hundreds of thousands of craftsmen, entrepreneurs and journeymen. […] The new-build market is at a standstill and now it is the renovation that is paying the price for this political situation. It is high time that our elected representatives became aware of this.”

This is what he reminded the Gard parliamentarians present at the CPME's wishes on Friday, January 10. The FFB is asking the minister “to confirm as soon as possible that this situation does not call into question the simple possibility for Anah to validate new aid requests. Otherwise, energy renovation would come to a real halt.”
