The departmental section of the FSU Lozère, preparing for the national congress, which will be held in Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine) from February 3 to 7, 2025, held its departmental congress in Mende, at the Espace Jean-Jaurès, on Thursday January 9 and Friday January 10, 2025. In the presence of its national secretary general, Benoît Teste, the congress participants analyzed the section's very rich activity report for the period 2021-2024, as well as its financial report, over two days.

Different themes

The different themes of the congress provided an opportunity to reflect, debate and develop amendments to highlight the Lozère territorial context, both for Education, training, research and culture, civil service and public services, ecological rupture, human rights and social justice, social transformation unionism and the construction of a new union tool.

“Majority in Education”

The action text produced by the congress commits the departmental section to important prospects for demands and action in the coming weeks. “The FSU Lozère, the majority union organization in Education, and representative in several ministries of the State civil service and the territorial civil service, will therefore continue its militant commitment to all civil servants in the department”, assure its representatives.
