Russian host Angelina Vovk believes that with the help of Khryusha and Stepashka dolls, she can force the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to stop resisting.
aired in the USSR, and then in Russia, announced her version of ending the war in Ukraine.
Angelina Vovk said she wanted to go to the front with the dolls Khryusha and Stepashka to convince the Ukrainian military to “stop fighting.” But the most interesting thing is that, according to Vovk, the end of the war can be achieved precisely by convincing the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to stop resisting.
“We need to stop that side (Ukrainian army – ed. note). I'll take Khryusha and Stepashka (puppets of a pig and a hare, who were characters and co-hosts in a children's program) and go to the front. I'll turn to the Ukrainians, but I also have there is Ukrainian blood and I read fairy tales to them too, and when the melody from the program “Good night, kids” sounds, I think they will suddenly hear me. They will hear my voice, and I will say: dear girls and boys, stop, you are good” .
Angelina Vovk, who was born in the Irkutsk region of Russia in 1942, was a popular TV and radio host in the former USSR and later in Russia. She received the title of People's Artist of the Russian Federation in 2019. As for the children's TV show Good Night, Kids, this program first appeared on Soviet television back in 1964 and has since been aired on Russian TV. But Angelina Vovk is no longer the host of this TV show.
As Focus already wrote, Hollywood actress Penelope Cruz was disgraced by her statement about the war in Ukraine. In her video message, she did not mention Russia as an aggressor country.
At the same time, as Focus already wrote, analysts at the Institute for the Study of War believe that the pace of hostilities and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the RF Armed Forces will accelerate in the coming weeks.
