The man has been on the other side twice. He described in detail what he experienced when his heart stopped beating
The man experienced clinical death twice.
The “ABC Zdrowie” portal describes the story of a man who experienced clinical death twice. Each time the causes of cardiac arrest were completely different. He decided to share his near-death experiences.
Clinical death is still a mystery
Clinical death is still a rather mysterious phenomenon, although researchers do not lose hope that with each subsequent study they will learn more and more about it. We know that we are talking about clinical death when a person shows no signs of life, but their brain is still active.
It is this preservation of brain activity that distinguishes it from biological death. However, confirmation of brain activity is possible only with the use of a specialized EEG test. The state of clinical death usually lasts from a few to several minutes, although there are even patients who stay in this state for several dozen minutes.
Having returned from the other worlds, near-death survivors share their near-death experiences. This was also the case with a man who experienced clinical death twice. He shared his story on Reddit.
He experienced it on the other side
The man in question experienced clinical death twice. The first of the cases occurred as a result of a motorcycle accident. The man clearly remembered himself lying in the hospital and hearing from the doctors that he had suffered a cardiac arrest. As he himself admitted, his head was swarming with hundreds of profanities at the time.
Another clinical death occurred after he overdosed on drugs. “Everything hurt me, until suddenly there was nothing. Everything froze. Then I woke up and felt pain again” – he described his experiences.
As he recalls, darkness surrounded him at that time, and the whole experience was like a nap, during which we dream absolutely nothing. “Then you wake up thinking you've been sleeping for an eternity, when in fact it's only been a quarter of an hour.” He added that if he hadn't heard from medics that his heart had stopped beating, he wouldn't have known it.
“I experienced something, but that something was nothing but nothingness,” he added, admitting finally, that the near-death experience was not enough to convince him that there is such a thing as life after death.
