Many people neglect breakfast, limiting themselves to a cup of coffee, but it is better to bake pancakes for it
The morning meal is very important. Many prefer to limit themselves to coffee and endure hunger until lunch, but nutritionists are sure of breakfast.
And the most popular breakfast menu is omelettes and pancakes. In social networks, the recipe for kefir fritters is gaining popularity. They are prepared quickly, and you can eat them with anything: yogurt, fresh berries, or your favorite jam.
However, even without additives, they will perfectly saturate and energize.
- Kefir – 500 ml;
- Flour – 500 gr;
- Two eggs;
- Sugar – 2 tbsp. l.
- Two pinches of salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda (or baking powder)
Mix eggs with sugar and salt. The best way to do this is with a whisk. Slightly warm the kefir, but do not bring to a boil. Just to keep it warm. Gradually add the sifted flour and knead until the mass becomes homogeneous.
After pour soda into the dough, mix and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Now the pancakes can be fried. Serve them with fresh berries or fruits, especially since it is the season of peaches, raspberries and apricots. Or pour yogurt or jam on a plate. Another great addition to morning pancakes is honey with crushed nuts.
