It turns out the most delicate dessert, decorated with a sprig of mint and berries. There are options for making clafoutis not only with cherries, but also with any other berries. But we suggest making a classic French dessert with cherries and serving it in small molds. It will turn out very tasty and romantic.


    • chicken eggs – 3 pcs
    • milk – 300 ml
    • flour – 70 g
    • sugar – 50 g
    • vanilla extract – 1 tsp
    • butter – 1 tbsp. l.
    • cherries – 400 g
    • mint – 1 sprig
    • icing sugar – 1 tbsp. l

    Step-by-step recipe:

    • Preparing the stuffing. Sprinkle the berries with a tablespoon of sugar. We are waiting for the juice to stand out and drain it.
    • Cooking dough. To do this, break the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Set aside the egg whites in a separate bowl.
