The new Ford Pro Electric SuperVan was created in collaboration with the STARD Motorsport team. The Ford E-Transit electric car was taken as the basis, but it was radically redesigned and the power plant was replaced. Now he has four motors with a total capacity of 2000 hp. c.
The van accelerates to 100 km/h in just 2 seconds, making it more powerful and faster than the Bugatti Chiron. The range is about 380 km.
The car is based on a completely new chassis with a space frame. Tuning Ford Transit also affected its design – a sports electric car only remotely resembles a standard model. It has a wide front air intake, an aggressive carbon body kit and a huge rear wing with a keel.
The trim was removed from the cabin , noise insulation, front panel and passenger seat. But a sports steering wheel, a bucket-shaped driver's seat and a roll cage are installed. The Ford Pro Electric SuperVan will also be used as a show car at various exhibitions, and its debut took place at the British Goodwood Festival of Speed. The famous French driver Romain Dumas got behind the wheel of a high-speed van.
