With its more than 7,000 subscribers on X (ex-Twitter), the Nîmes University Hospital announces a change. Like many personalities, institutions and communities, the management of the hospital center announces its withdrawal from the social network. “Committed to freedom of expression but also to the rigor and ethics applied to the verification of information (scientific or medical), the Nîmes University Hospital notes that recent developments and the absence of any moderation on the content of the X social network are no longer compatible with its values”, the management specifies in a press release sent this Wednesday, January 29. She announced that she would soon be joining Bluesky, a social network created by the former co-founders of Twitter.
