The construction of a mobile bath for the defenders of Ukraine is being completed in Odessa. The basis for it was the bus “Bogdan”, which until recently carried passengers on city routes. This is discussed in the plot of TSN.
< p>Volunteer Alexander Grinyuk came up with the idea to build a mobile sauna after visiting a friend at the front near Bakhmut. The fighters appreciated this idea, because on the front line it is difficult to take a shower and you have to use wet wipes.
The Bogdan bus was bought from one of the transport companies in Odessa – the route number is still preserved on it. The conversion into a bath took three weeks and cost UAH 110,000.
< p> The minibus “Bogdan” was completely dismantled and received a reinforced frame. Inside, a steam room with a boiler and hot stones, two showers, and a locker room were equipped. The sauna is designed for 10 people.
You can prepare the sauna for use in just 20 minutes. It is serviced by two people and is completely autonomous – you can carry firewood with you, and a 400-liter tank is provided for water, which is easy to fill from the water supply.
Odessa volunteers are not going to stop there. Their next project is a mobile “point of invincibility” with a potbelly stove and a dining room.
