To make the perfect cottage cheese casserole, you need to find in your kitchen or purchase several simple ingredients.
- 0.5 kg of sour-milk full-fat cottage cheese
- 5 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream (350 g jar)
- 1-3 chicken eggs
- 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar
- 2 tbsp. spoons of semolina
- 50 g raisins
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of melted butter
- a pinch of salt
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
First, take raisins, rinse and pour boiling water over them for 20 minutes. At this time, mix semolina and sour cream (3 tablespoons), leave semolina to swell for 30 minutes. Beat the cottage cheese with a blender.
After that, mix the semolina and sour cream with sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs. Mix it all well.
Dry the raisins and add them to other ingredients.
