Le premier loto solidaire du Lions club doyen de Sète a notamment permis de dégager 4 000 € pour l’achat d’un lit à la jeune May.

When a lottery helps others, you shouldn't miss out. The first solidarity lottery of the Lions Club doyen de Sète has just brought together some 700 people in the Brassens room, located right next to the Mas-Coulet car park.

A paediatric bed for the little girl

Apart from the prizes awarded to the winners of quines and other full cards, the evening generated a very nice profit. Thus €4,000 was donated by the president of the service club to that of the association Les dys mille pas. This notably allowed the delivery of a paediatric bed to little May who suffers from Angelman syndrome. It is characterized by severe intellectual and motor deficit, lack of language, joviality and fits of laughter, balance disorders, trembling of the limbs, epilepsy and sleep disorders.

The rest of the profits from the lottery will be used to partially finance the new call for projects 2025 that the club will launch at the beginning of February.
