Telegram channels are discussing an explanatory note to the bill on a complete ban on the dissemination of information related to LGBT. It says that the popularization of childfree (childfree. — Ed.) and homosexual relationships is “a danger to the development of Russian society.” In this regard, it is proposed to equate information about LGBT relations with war propaganda and inciting national, racial or religious hatred.
The idea of controlling this kind of information, including, for example, not issuing a rental certificate to films that contain “propaganda against family values,” was commented by the authors of telegram channels.

A complete ban on the dissemination of information with LGBT propaganda (associated with the spread of sinful childfree and not only — check out) — a natural step to cross out our cultural and fashion agenda from everything, but judging by the weak public reaction, this is no longer surprising,
— noted in Anti-Gloss.
Childfree + non-traditional sexual relations = deviant behavior! And I warned you,
— Alexander Perepelkin commented on the note with sarcasm.
The optimal solution to the demographic problem,

Currently in Russia there is a ban on LGBT propaganda only among minors, in general, the dissemination of such information is not prohibited. The bill was submitted for consideration by a group of deputies, including the head of the Duma Committee on Culture, Elena Yampolskaya and Nikolai Burlyaev. According to Burlyaev, the words “childfree”, “LGBT”, “gay” should also be banned.
These words should be eradicated,
— The deputy and the actor are quoted by the telegram channel Podym.
For violation of such a ban, it is proposed to introduce fines: for citizens — from 4 to 5 thousand rubles, for officials — from 40 to 50 thousand rubles, for legal entities — from 800 thousand to 1 million rubles. or suspension of activities for up to 90 days.
Public approval and recognition of such relationships is dangerous not only for children and young people who are not yet able to critically consider the information that is freely available to them every day, but also for the whole society, as it puts the issues of demography and economic growth in the future under a certain blow,
— stated in the explanatory note to the submitted bill.
