A resident of Glasgow, Scotland, Catherine Gaston found a human heart in her new home and won the competition for the strangest finds.

In the kitchen, the woman found a jar where the aortic valve was floating in formaldehyde. The woman photographed the find of unknown origin and sent it to the competition of the furniture company ScS. For this photo, the firm gave her a sofa for £ 850.
Other finds included in the competition included two animal skulls from the “Witch Lure” kit, handcuffs hanging from the ceiling, a large alien toy from the movie of the same name, a bottle of arsenic, a bag with old coins, a resuscitation dummy, liturgical books, a doll without persons, notes from a psychiatric clinic and other items.
