I wonder if you know how to cook Thursday salt?
- 1.5 kg of rock salt
- 200 g of rye flour
Pour salt and 12 tablespoons of rye into a clean, dry pan flour After that, say three times: “Clean Thursday from worms and all reptiles, save and have mercy for a long time”.
Fry salt together with flour until the mixture turns completely black. At the same time, stir the salt clockwise with a wooden spoon.
