Tipana is the new pastry shop which has just opened in Saint-Germain-des-Prés and which gives pride of place to the great classics of French pastry, revisited with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern sauce.

But here, the flagship product is the Tipana, an almond cookie garnished with a mousseline cream, individually or to share. Based on almonds and gluten free, dacquoise plays with colors and flavors: praline-hazelnut, cocoa, coffee, lemon, pistachio, orange blossom or raspberry-rose water.

In addition, Tipana invites you to indulge at any time of the day : in the morning with granola, baghrirs served with honey, flaked almonds and crème fraîche, or the Algerian version of pancakes; and at noon with salads filled with flavors that make you travel, eggs in several forms, and of course the essential oriental chakchouka.

Finally, Tipana offers a selection of gourmet teas flavored with dates, peppermint, rose or orange blossom; but also chocolates, nougats, caramels and other shortbread to take away.
