Ford Transit Trail received all-wheel drive, as well as off-road tires and body kit. The model is equipped exclusively with a 3.5-liter turbo engine.
The 2023 Ford Transit lineup has been replenished with the Trail off-road option. The van will go on sale in the spring for $65,975. This is reported by the official website of Ford.
From the standard model, the new Ford Transit Trail can be recognized by a special grille, massive bumpers and a plastic protective body kit. In addition, arch extensions and footrests are provided. Ground clearance increased by 90mm (to 246mm) and 16-inch Goodyear Wrangler Workhorse off-road tires are fitted.
The van is offered in standard (5980 mm) and extended (6700 mm) versions with a low or high roof. The volume of the cargo compartment is from 10.1 to 13.8 cubic meters. A passenger minivan is also available.
The Ford Transit Trail package has been expanded to include a 12-inch touchscreen display, keyless entry, parking sensors, adaptive cruise control and blind spot monitoring.
Ford Transit Trail is equipped with a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 with 310 hp. With. and a 10-speed automatic transmission. The torque of 540 Nm is enough to tow a three-ton trailer. Four-wheel drive has five modes for different driving conditions.
