Today, November 16, the tourist liner Mutiara Timur I caught fire off the coast of the Indonesian island of Bali. This is written by a local Edition Detik Bali.

As reported, the ship went to the island of Lombok in the Malay Archipelago from the city of Banyuwangi, which is located in the eastern part of the Indonesian island of Java. The fire started while passing through the Bali Strait.

The police chief of West Lombok, Virasto Adi Nugroho, has not yet been able to tell reporters the cause of the fire on the liner.

Rescuers are evacuating passengers and crew of the ship. The Indonesian Air Force also joined in to rescue the people.
