“I have a small mouth, I have small eyes, I have big teeth. My ears were sticking out, I still have them a little. I don't like my head in done”, she says, in front of the mirror. Lou Pernaut confides in the cyberbullying she receives

When she receives criticism about her body, Lou Pernaut prefers to ignore it. “On a daily basis, I don't manage it. My personality is full of denial and things that I pretend not to see. So the criticism and the bad opinions and the fact that I don't have confidence in myself, I pretend that it doesn't exist and I move forward because if not, I'll never get there“, she explains during the interview.

She continues: “I see myself in the mirror every day. I know what I look like. There's no point in saying it. It's like when people lose a lot of weight, çit's no point çsaying it. When people gain weight, çit's no point in saying it. You see yourself in a mirror and you know &what you look like.”

Lou Pernaut: “Çit hurt…”

For the daughter of Jean-Pierre Pernaut and Nathalie Marquay, over time, this cyberbullying becomes heavy to bear. Even if we try not to pay attention to it, there are always some comments that come to haunt us. “We have a flaw when we are on social networks as a content creator, it is that we often pick up on a lot of negative points of view and we always look at what people say to us that is bad”, she declares.

“&Basically, criticism of my appearance, I don't want to react to it, I act as if it wasn't there. But in fact, after the 100th, we end up hearing it and reading it 50 times and it's complicated…”, she admits, before concluding: “It hurts to think that people are mean behind their phones, they write: 'You're huge!', 'You're unbearable'”. Lou Pernaut wants to get something out of this experience: to raise awareness among young people on the subject. And for that, she has a few projects in mind!
