Negotiations in Moscow brought the first concrete result – the Turkish cargo ship Azov Concord left the Ukrainian port in Mariupol.< /p>
A delegation of the Turkish Ministry of Defense held talks in Moscow on the evacuation of commercial ships, as well as the export of Ukrainian grain through blocked ports in the Black Sea. As a result of the dialogue, the Turkish side stated that the negotiations were held in a constructive and very positive atmosphere, the Anadolu news agency writes.
“The parties discussed approaches to ensuring the safety of navigation in the Black Sea, as well as the export of grain from Ukrainian ports and safe exit of Turkish merchant ships,” the message says.
