Ukraine will increase supplies of grain crops to China. The relevant agreement was reached between the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine and the State Industrial Corporation of China, the press service of the State Industrial Corporation of China reports, informs Ukr.Media.

According to the words of at. Iryna Marchenko, the head of the board of DPZKU, the parties discussed the development of trade relations between the two companies and agreed to increase the volume of deliveries and assortment items of grain crops and their processing products to the address of the Chinese partner.

At the same time, the Chinese side noted that it was satisfied with the positive the dynamics of development of cooperation with the DPZCU during the last time and is determined for further mutually beneficial cooperation.

According to the results of the meeting, the parties also discussed the issue of a further working visit of the DPZCU leadership to the People's Republic of China in November this year, within the framework of which a number of meetings are planned with representatives of the Chinese state corporation and the signing of a memorandum on expanding cooperation in the field of grain processing and implementing new joint projects.

Last marketing year, Ukraine exported 39.4 million tons of grain crops for $6.4 billion. The largest buyers of Ukrainian grain became Egypt – $724 million in (11.4%), China – $594 million (9.3%) and Spain – $459 million (7.2%).
