Former MP and shareholder of the Finance and Credit Bank Konstantin Zhevago was detained in one of the hotels in Courchevel by representatives of the French criminal police at the request of the State Bureau of Investigation.

According to the investigation, the oligarch Konstantin Zhevago organized a mechanism for embezzlement of $ 113 million of his bank, Finance and Credit Bank JSC. In this way, he harmed the interests of the state and the bank's depositors.

In addition, , the competent authorities seized the property of the suspected oligarch, as well as legal entities associated with him, in particular, shares of his enterprises worth hundreds of millions of hryvnias, corporate rights of companies and 26 real estate objects.
