In a context where the medical-social sector is having difficulty attracting new talent, Unapei 34 continues to make efforts to improve the conditions of its employees. The association, which supports people with disabilities, organized an exceptional meeting at the Corum on Thursday, January 16. This event brought together more than five hundred employees as well as Unapei 34 stakeholders.
This moment allowed for sharing, exchanging and promoting a common commitment around several highlights. The association first presented its wishes. Then, the Global Associative Project (Pag) was presented. This concerns the strategic orientations for the next five years. Another highlight of the day was the “Innovation Grants” award ceremony, during which the results were announced and the innovative projects presented by employees of the association. The medal and commitment bonus were also awarded to employees with more than 35 years of dedication.
Unapei 34 (association loi 1901 d’intérêt général, founded in 1950) is headquartered in Montpellier. It currently represents 860 professionals, thirty administrators and manages thirty-three establishments and services. It supports nearly 1,300 people.
