Vald and Heuss l’Enfoiré unveiled this Friday, December 18, their joint mixtape: Horizon vertical. Here are the titles that have marked us.
Recently we invited you to discover our review of Loin du Monde the new album Jul in which he collaborated with Wejdene SCH Naps Gazo and many other artists and we will now be interested in Vald and Heuss l’Enfoiré. The two rappers have teamed up and have just released a joint project this Friday, December 18. This is a mixtape “Horizon vertical” which contains 14 unreleased tracks including “Matrixé” that you certainly know. Obviously in the editorial we listened to the mixtape and we invite you without further delay to discover the five titles that have marked us the most.
We start with the title“Mixed” which opens the mixtape. This is a more than successful intro. Whether it’s the verse of Vald or that of Heuss, they cut out the production and we have the chorus in mind from the first listen! Then “Canada” Also marked us with the change of prod at the beginning, the sung chorus of Heuss and the words of the two rappers. “1992” (year of birth of Vald and d’Heuss) is our favorite track! The sounds of the 90s directly give us a smile. The prod, the chorus, the verses: everything is effective in this piece. We continue with “Guccissima” , the project’s love title and guess what: we love it too!
And finally the last sound that marked us is “2014” a more personal title in which Vald and Heuss confide in their role as a father. If we had to remember one thing“Horizon vertical” is that the connection between Vald and Heuss is incredible and we hope they will make us a volume 2! In the meantime, we now suggest you take an interest in another rapper that you will hear a lot about Coyote Jo Bastard who has just released his EP Only Fans and for the occasion we spoke with him in an exclusive interview where he confides on SCH Leto Laylow and on many other subjects!
