Tish Weinstock, beauty editor at Vogue magazine, hosted a gothic wedding at the famous Belvoir Castle, residence of the Duke of Rutland. Her chosen one was editor Tom Guinness, son of Lord Moyne. The Daily Mail writes about this.

The main social event of this month was attended by such representatives of the fashion industry as Kate Moss, Jordan Barrett and Adwoa Aboah, and Sabrina and Ivy Getty, the Greek Princess Olympia, represented the side of the aristocracy and wealth and fashion blogger Camille Charrière.

The wedding was arranged in the Gothic style. So the walls of the castle were illuminated with red light, and the bride chose a lace dress and an old lace veil.

However, then she changed outfits several times, and from the church the newlyweds went to the wedding dinner in a Victorian carriage.

Tish Weinstock is a well-known beauty editor and writer who graduated from Oxford. But her chosen one, Tom Guinness, comes from a scandalous British family.

His grandmother Diana, one of the Mitford sisters, after divorcing her first husband Brian Guinness, Baron Moyne, married the infamous Sir Oswald Mosley, founder of the British Union of Fascists. Diana was a famous beauty and socialite, a frequenter of fashionable parties and a famous writer.

She and her sister Unity were carried away by the ideas of National Socialism and moved to Germany. Unity is rumored to have become Adolf Hitler's mistress. But when Britain declared war on Germany in 1939, Unity tried to shoot herself with a gun given by the dictator. She survived, but died in 1948, as the bullet could not be reached.

And Diana Mitford married Mosley in a secret ceremony in Goebbels' living room. The only guest was Adolf Hitler, who gave the newlyweds his photograph in a silver frame.

After Diana and Oswald returned to the UK and served time in Holloway prison, from where they were released in 1943, which caused public outrage.
