And for the mom, giving birth at home turned into a nightmare. It turns out that when the father went to the town hall to declare the birth of his daughter, the person in charge of the file was worried to see that the child had had no medical assistance to come into the world. From there, they had to go to the maternity ward for their daughter to pass the classic exams for a newborn. Despite the fact that everything was ok, a PMI doctor was called. But instead of the latter, it was the gendarmes who came to their home to “take their children, because there is suspicion of abuse”. A story that made a lot of people react, including reality TV personalities. This is the case of Mélanie Da Cruz who shared the Instagram post of the couple saying that it was inadmissible. For her part, Caroline from MAPR6 also wanted to react. She then lets it be known that when in doubt, it is better that the children be separated from their families, “even if we do not know what happened”. She adds: “for these two little girls to be better away from their parents, rather than with, that means the abuse has to be huge (…) I don't understand why mom and dad who do hardcore violence are surprised that their children were taken away from them and made a video to be displayed in front of all of France (…) The trauma that these little girls are going through, it has to be worth it (…) If they do this video is that, in my opinion, something very serious and unfair has happened.”
“Birthing at home, this is not ;is not that simple”
In the process, Caroline let it be known that she would have liked to give birth at home. But she admits to being scared, so she preferred to give birth to her son in the hospital. She then explains that she wanted to breastfeed her baby boy, but that she was told that her milk had to be nutritious enough, otherwise she would have to go on artificial milk. Caroline adds: “My milk is doing great. a vegan mom, it’s possible (…) We eat organic and we eat fresh. My blood tests were much better than most other pregnant women. You can be pregnant vegan, breastfeed vegan and have a baby vegan (…) Everything is fine with veganism and pregnancy. The MAPR6 candidate explains that she will make another video to talk about the artificial milk and she will say what she thinks.
