We know the Quebec video games that will be presented at Demo Nights 2023
In “Meet Your Maker”, players can create worlds or destroy other people's worlds.
The Quebec video game demonstration festival Demo Nights, which will be held in February, has just revealed the titles that will be presented in pre-launch during its live broadcasts.
Among video games selected include Meet Your Maker, by Behavior Interactif, Biomorph, by Lucid Dreams Studio, Once a Tale, by Carcajou and Triple Boris, Shishi: Ballad of the Oracle, from Shishi Studios, and Aeon Wars: Maschinen Crisis, from Soliton Interactive, which is in its first game.

Teams – from AAA studios (blockbusters) and independents alike – are invited to present their title in development in five minutes, accompanied by videos demonstrating its gameplay.
The sessions are filmed over three evenings on a stage at the Loto-Québec studio, and broadcast live on the state-owned company's Twitch channel and on the Steam video game site. The gaming community and developers can also attend the event on site.
Demo Nights almost ended 17 years of existence in 2023. The organization responsible for setting up the event since 2017, the Espace ludic, announced its closure in December after eight years of activities.
Before putting the key under the door, she entrusted the organization of the event to Indie Asylum, a group of Montreal video game companies working under the same roof.
The Steam sale of Quebec video games, which was also orchestrated by the Espace ludic, is maintained in parallel with the event. However, we do not yet know which titles will be offered at a discount on the Valve site.
In 2022, some 156 Quebec games were listed for sale, whose Steam page had attracted some 1.3 million unique visits.
The Demo Nights event will be held in hybrid mode from February 2 to 4.
