Kendji Girac, in the same case, was indicted for "acquisition and possession of&# 39;category B" weapon and "illicit use of drugs", two offenses punishable respectively by five years and one year of imprisonment. The singer should not & be prosecuted for these two counts, but will have to pay two "citizen contributions" with a victim support association, and will be subject to 'health monitoring" of six months.
