Joe Goldberg is back for the fourth season of YOU, the Netflix series which has just unveiled its first trailer.

While Netflix terminated many series in 2022, including the failed Destiny: The Winx Saga, First Kill, Resident Evil but also the regrettable The Midnight Club, other series seem well established like YOU, the series created by Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble. Airing on the Lifetime channel for its first season, YOU migrated to Netflix for its second season and has seemed to be a hit on the platform ever since.

If the concept may have been intriguing at first, the series quickly ran out of steam and season 3 of YOU, a Desperate Housewives sub, was a huge disappointment. The far too repetitive formula of the series promises to be renewed, since according to the trailer, Joe Goldberg will in turn find himself the victim of an ill-intentioned person.

After New York and Los Angeles , Joe the stalker finds himself in London where he tries to lead a normal life, finally normal for a bloodthirsty sociopathic killer. Always in search of true love, Joe, always camped by Penn Badgley, seems to have found a new obsession and this one is called Kate (Charlotte Ritchie). Obviously, he has not forgotten his beautiful Marienne Bellamy (Tati Gabrielle). New Joe, new life, new setting, season 4 promises many changes.

Used to be the tracker, the man we wouldn't want to have as a neighbor will ultimately have to conduct his own investigation, because he could well fall prey to another killer. While Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti) won't return for this new season, the psychopath will be surrounded by newcomers like Lukas Gage (Euphoria), Ed Speleers (Outlander) and Aiden Cheng.

The ten episodes of this new season of YOU will air in two parts, the first five on February 9, 2023 and the next five on March 9, 2023.
