According to the suspect Ivan Losev, only a denunciation was written against him after the publication of the dream in which Zelensky was, and other criticism of the war in Ukraine went unnoticed. Russian security forces tracked the user's posts for about half a year.

Ivan Losev, a resident of Chita, has been charged with “discrediting” Russian troops after he told his Instagram stories that he dreamed of Ukrainian servicemen, who, led by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, were detaining Russian conscripts. This is reported by the Astra Telegram channel.
“Today I dreamed that I was mobilized, brought to some preparatory camp, and at that moment the Armed Forces of Ukraine, led by Zelensky, burst in, they tied everyone up, – so a resident of the Trans-Baikal Territory described the plot of his dream on a social network: “Zelensky walks past me and says: “Oh, I saw your stories on Instagram, Glory to Ukraine!”, I answer him: “Glory to the heroes!”
According to the author of the post, he asked to take a selfie with Zelensky, but the dream ended there.
The Russian FSB considered this post and five other “discredit” of the RF Armed Forces.
The case file says that a denunciation of Losev was written by the detective of the power department in the Trans-Baikal Territory, Senior Lieutenant D.V. Volkov.

“My much harsher statements were ignored, but they applied the dream to the case,” Losev explained.
Among other publications attached to the case, there is a post dedicated to the number of Russian soldiers killed in Ukraine. It is also mentioned that some decisions of Russian President Vladimir Putin were timed to coincide with dates related to the “Third Reich”.
