2024 Paralympic Games medal table: France's ranking in real time

Discover the Paralympic Games medal table with France's ranking.

As with the Olympic Games, the medal goal for France is very high . “The ambition is the Top 8, to get France into the Top 8 of Paralympic nations”, announced on Monday, August 12, on Franceinfo, the president of the French Paralympic and Sports Committee (CPSF), Marie-Amélie Le Fur. A very ambitious ranking that the French delegation did not achieve from Sydney in 2000 (7th, with 86 rewards, including 30 in gold). "The objective will be to collect 20 medals from #3 9;but that’s what’s going to count. As a reminder, Three years ago in Japan, France finished 14th with 55 medals, including 11 gold, 15 silver and 29 bronze. The top three countries in the Tokyo Paralympic Games rankings were: China (207 medals, including 96 gold), Great Britain (124 medals, 41 gold) and the United States (104 medals, 37 in gold).

18:23 – Boheas secures a new medal France

Trailing two sets to one, the Frenchman reversed the course of this quarter-final (2-3), in MS10 table tennis! He is assured of having, at minima, the bronze medal! 

15:12 – The French delegation fourth

With this morning's three titles, France has moved up to fourth in the medal standings.

The flag bearer of the French team Alexis Hanquinquant flew over the PTS4 event and wins a second Paralympic title!

13:01 – Silver and bronze medals in the para triathlon

Çwon two new medals for the para triathlon in the PTVI category with Thibeau Rigaudeau and Cyril Viennot in silver followed by Antoine Perel and Yohann Le Berre in bronze

11:16 – Eighth gold medal for France

Aurélie Aubert wins the first medal in the history of French boccia and it's gold! She wins 5-4 in the BC1 final. 

Jules Ribstein crosses the line alone on the Alexandre III bridge and wins the Paralympic title in the PTS2 classification. This is the first medal for the French para triathlon.

10:04 – Lucas Mazur and Faustine Noël in bronze

After the silver three years ago, Lucas Mazur and Faustine Noël win the match for the bronze medal and will be on the podium! They beat the Indonesian pair 21-14 21-16.
