In Nîmes, the Ancienne Motte recycling center exceptionally closed for works

A disruption this week for the delivery of waste to Nîmes this week.

The Agglo Nîmes metropolis announces the closure of the Ancienne Motte recycling center from December 9 to 13.

The Ancienne Motte recycling center in Nîmes, usually very busy, will be closed from Monday December 9 to Friday December 13 inclusive due to work to bring it up to standard. The Agglo Nîmes Métropole specifies that these concerns “a repair of the asphalt at the bottom of the quay. The work is intended to allow the passage of an electric compactor aimed at increasing the quantities of plant contributions from users, particularly during weekends”.

The Agglo, which apologizes for the inconvenience, indicates that with the purchase of land in the future, a more significant renovation of the place will be carried out.

During the exceptional closure, users can go to the Bouillargues recycling center located on Route de Manduel and to other collection points. Individuals who do not have an access badge will be exceptionally accepted.
