You may (probably) know Jacquie et Michel, this brand (registered in 2004) associated with various pornographic websites. On the LLC side, we have therefore got our hands on the Jacquie et Michel brand, but also on the various associated websites, the management of which will now be entrusted to this company based in Delaware, and headed by Kevin Mellow. Eventually, the Jacquie et Michel websites will “go international”, with support from the United States of course, but also from Canada and Hungary. In total, out of the thirty employees that the Ares company had (which closed its doors), about fifteen have decided to join this new American group. The brand also specifies that this change is not linked to the recent legislative changes in France concerning (among other things) adult sites.
According to the magazine L’Informé, Jacquie et Michel generated a turnover of 8 million euros in 2022, allowing its three shareholders (Michel Piron, Araceli Piron and Thibault Piron) to recover a little over 5 million euros in dividends over the last two years.
