IN BRIEF

  • Sean Combs, aka P. Diddy, is facing more than 120 sexual assault claims, including three new ones revealed on December 13 by TMZ.
  • The new charges describe alleged assaults at parties where the victims were drugged before being abused by Diddy.
  • Victims' attorneys are seeking justice and reparations, while Diddy has strongly denied the allegations.

The Diddy case continues to be a hot topic. The rapper, Sean Combs by his real name, faces more than 120 complaints filed and alleging facts of sexual assault. Among them, there are 25 minors at the time and, as indicated by TMZThis Friday, December 13, three new alleged victims have come out of their silence. In their complaint, they mentioned facts that allegedly occurred between 2019 and 2022. Although they are all different, there are nevertheless elements that recur and that establish a sort of modus operandi. Closer tells you more.

The victims talk about a party at P. Diddy's and his friends' house. Two of them later reportedly went to a hotel with him, and another said he was assaulted at his Hamptons residence. Everything would therefore seem to have started from an evening during which the people invited and then victims of these attacks were drugged. According to their testimonies, the alcoholic drinks contained a medication that made them feel very ill afterwards. They would have indicated “épassed out and only woke up when P. Diddy was in the room with them in order to “sodomise” them, we can read.

P. Diddy: new very serious accusations

The evening would quickly turn tragic for the alleged victims and one of them also confided that his assault was filmed. According to his statements, P. Diddy's associates offered him a sum of money, around $2,500, in exchange for his silence. However, none of the victims would have wanted to speak out following these events. They reportedly confided that they were afraid, also wanting to avoid humiliation. Events that allegedly took place either at the rapper's home or in the hotel where P. Diddy was arrested last September. New accusations that are added to a list already long.

These three new complaints seem to allow investigators to understand the rapper's modus operandi. If the facts are proven, he would have used his evenings to bring people before drugging and abusing them. For his part, P. Diddy can count on his lawyers to try to defend him. “These new complaints are full of lies. We will prove that they are false and will seek sanctions against each unethical lawyer who filed fictitious complaints against him, they said.

P. Diddy: three new complaints and alleged victims defended by their lawyer

The identities of these three new alleged victims have not been revealed. Everything has been made through their lawyer, Thomas Giuffra, who did not hesitate to speak out afterwards. “This is a long-awaited opportunity for victims to take back power after bearing the burden of the abuse in silence for several years,” he said in a statement. ”While a trial will not undo the wrongs that were done to them, it allows survivors to regain the power and dignity that were taken away from them by Sean Combs”, the lawyer then explains. As for the victims, they are each requesting a jury trial and also that P. Diddy award them damages.
